ANTIBIOTIC FREE BACON
The meats, which are carefully selected, must be well-balanced between lean and fatty parts. After being sliced and flavoured by skilfull hands, they are soaked into natural aromas given by strictly selected herbs.
After the infusion, the bacon is massaged for a long period in order to get the optimal aromas absorption into the different layers.
The last step Rosetta undergoes regards the low temperature steaming after being manually rolled and tied, two actions necessary for giving it its traditional shape.
All this meticulous work offers us a unique pancetta: thanks to its softness, Rosetta will melt in your mouth, releasing all its soave scents followed by the unique sweetness of the fatty parts combined with the robust flavour of the lean parts.
It is suggested to enjoy it with soft and fresh wines, which do not cover its unique flavour.
It has no polyphosphate, milk and plant proteins, gluten, no added glutamate and no added water.
