Genetics
Large White is the pure Italian strain of pigs, ancestor of all our animals, which we have been breeding and carefully selecting directly in our farm for 35 years now.
This choice has allowed us to select the best animals, resistant to diseases, so giving an excellent quality meat, completely suitable for the production of fine cold cuts.
The excellency of our meat allows our breeding farm, which use the identification seal MN 131, to adhere to the protected Parma and San Daniele Prosciutto Consortium.
We choose not to use by-products, not even in the amount allowed by the PDO regulations.
We are proud to produce high-quality Antibiotic Free Italian
niche cured meats.
